This website is operated by Look and Cover. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Look and Cover. Look and Cover offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Agreement -
The Agreement applies to any purchases made by you and any sale made by us of the items described on our Website. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement you must not use the website or order any items from us.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. The Agreement in force at the time an order is accepted is the agreement that we will accept. In the event that we make any amendments to the Agreement after your order has been accepted, we will ensure that the amendments made do not apply to yourself.
Online Account -
You will be able to navigate through the Website and place an order without going through the registration process, but we will require you to complete the online registration form to become a registered member. This will need to be done if you wish to manage your account with us and track your order history.
Placing an order -
Once your order is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Then the amazing Look & Cover team will process your bespoke items as soon as possible. We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve popped your order in the post, with tracking information so that you know exactly when your order will arrive at your doorstep.
Pricing and Payment -
All items are priced in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of delivery charge and any customs and import charges applicable to your delivery address. Delivery charges will be made clear to you when processing your order.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but any change in price will be communicated to you before your order has been accepted
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal as forms of payment.
In the event that a payment cannot be made, the order will not be processed and will automatically be cancelled. If you have already received any items, you must return those items to us in the same condition you have received them. The return charge will be at your own expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage to any item that we have not received the total payment for.
Acceptance of your order -
Once the payment has been accepted, the order cannot be amended. Please email support@lookandcover.co.uk if you have any problems and we will do our best to be flexible.
We will confirm receipt of your order to the email address you have provided at the time of the order. It is recommended that you retain the email and make a note of your order number.
Delivery and returns -
We strive to ensure that your goodies arrive as swiftly as possible. Please allow 3 – 4 working days for deliveries within mainland UK. Your items are dispatched via APC and delivery costs £4.95 within mainland UK.
We’ll keep you updated with your delivery tracking number as soon as we’ve popped your order in the post. All our items require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
All the items will be delivered to the address specified in your order.
Please be aware that due to the bespoke nature of some of our pieces, we do not accept returns as a general rule on any item that has been personalised. However, if an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, do let us know by emailing support@lookandcover.co.uk
Once we have confirmed the return, we will then send you the details for returning your item, please then package the item up and send it back to Look and Cover within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed, as doing so could affect any refund you may be entitled to.
Please get in touch if you have any other questions regarding our returns policy and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
All risk in the items you order shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
L&C returns policy -
If your Look & Cover item hasn't been monogrammed and doesn't fit how you'd like it to or doesn't look quite right then don't worry! We would be more than happy to offer you a refund within 28 days of ordering. All we ask is that the item is in its original condition with its packaging and tags attached. We do ask that you pay the delivery costs to return the items. For our returns address please email support@lookandcover.co.uk
Please note refunds will be at our discretion - unfortunately, if an item is returned to us worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund.
Access to the Website and content -
We are always reviewing the items available on our Website, so specifications or design changes may be made at any time.
We try to ensure that pictures of the item on the Website are as accurate as possible, but there are technical limitations and slight variations to be expected in colour and texture between the picture and the items.
We will try to always allow uninterrupted access to the Website, but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
The Website may include links to other websites or material, this is all beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for the access and content on the internet of any other site than the Website.
If we have reason to believe that you have acted inconsistently with this Agreement, we may take action against this.
Statutory Rights -
This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.
Verification procedure -
In the exceptional circumstances that this may occur, we reserve the right to use a verification process to prevent fraudulent use of the Website. If required, you will be required to send us a copy of your ID as well as proof of your address for the past 3 months. Your order will only be dispatched once we have received and verified these documents.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and carry out a refund in the event of not receiving the documents. We reserve the right to define the circumstances in which this additional verification will be required.
Prohibited uses -
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
